Joanne is the owner of online store Shop Naturally Healthy Households and the inspiration for this website. After contracting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in her mid 20′s, Joanne knows all too well what difference a natural, chemical free lifestyle can have to quality of life. 

As a professional web designer by trade, it was a natural progression to set up an online shop selling safe & natural alternatives to every day products and to provide an information portal website to help others rid their lives of harmful chemicals and lead a cleaner and safer lifestyle.

Leonie is a busy mum juggling career and family. With a daughter with some sensitivities to various foods and other related issues, Leonie has spent a lot of time researching what is healthiest and safest for her family and is only too happy to share her secrets with you.

James, our lifestyle guru is a published author, self-confessed nerd and an exercise junkie who managed to make it on to the pages of Mens Health Magazine after losing 20kg with only the help of a computer program and a set of scales (oh, and a little willpower along the way).

James is also actively involved in the community, helping to run a triathlon club and creating new sporting events on the Central Coast of NSW where he is often seen running with his border collies and wearing Five Finger shoes!
